The coach works in conjunction with either HR or another senior executive. The coaching process provides a trusted and confidential environment where ideas, commitments and goals can be practiced and where new behaviours that serve the employees best can be created. Each coaching session will require the client to outline goals and actions to work on between coaching sessions.

Approach
- Initial meetings with corporate representative to establish the desired outcome and reporting requirements
- Call or meeting with the client to set a framework for the coaching relationship and agree timescales.
- Identifying specific and measurable goals
- Creating a Personal Development Plan
- Introducing EQI / psychometric testing if desired
