Movement is my passion, and I believe how we move impacts every part of our lives. How we work, rest and play is affected by our ability to be in our bodies and live healthily.

Yoga enables us to connect mind with body and move more skilfully. Maintaining and more importantly enjoying movement is key to supporting our bodies to function properly in a world that for many has us sitting motionless for many hours a day.

I’ve been practicing yoga over the last 15 years, and completed my 200 hr teacher training in 2012. I started teaching in 2015 and love working with people to support better movement and body awareness. In 2021, I completed the 500hr training with the Yoga Rooms, Dublin, which included Yoga for Trauma, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. I’m mad about tennis, horses and the great outdoors so when I’m not on the mat, I’m on a mountain, on a court or walking my dog Ivy.  Yoga supports everything we do and I’m passionate about sharing this with my students, even my kids are slowly opening up to its’ magic.

I’ve studied many forms of yoga including Hatha, Ashtanga and more recently The Bowspring (a biomechanical process that supports optimal postural alignment for balanced functional movement. My teaching style has developed and changed over the years and compliments my coaching practice where I work with clients in areas of career, change and work life balance.

My main focus is a blend of strength and balance to support and promote healing which I’ve first-hand experience of having recovered quickly from broken leg following a horse riding accident. With a love of many sports including tennis, cycling and horse riding, I’ve really seen the benefits in minimising injury through regular yoga movement training.  I am also a certified in Executive/Life Coaching, Equine Facilitated learning, Reiki and NLP. I’m is a member of Yoga Alliance UK (www.yogaalliance.co.uk)

Whether coaching for increased performance in your career, achieving greater life balance or developing a future career path, I work closely with individuals to gain clarity and identify actions needed to achieve their goals.

My approach is simple and driven by the clients own agenda.   I have a passion for learning and self-development whether its honing skills for career or increasing specific skills, all learning is growth.
